ROBERT MAJOR, PResident & senior PROJECT MANAGER PMP, ASCT, GSC, LEED Green Associate

Robert has over thirty years of experience in the construction industry and specializes in Owner's Representative services for public sector projects. He has delivered a wide variety of projects including hospitals, recreation facilities, libraries, post secondary and K-12 schools, transit stations and more.

Robert manages the full scope of the project from conception to completion, often navigating design, schedule, and budget constraints. He excels at coordinating large and complex stakeholder groups to deliver high quality work on-time and on-budget.

Robert previously led a team of Owner’s Representative Project Managers for one of Canada's largest consulting firms, and served as Senior Design Project Manager for an international general contractor. Robert’s experience allows him to take best industry practices and apply them to MPM's Better Buildings processes and systems.

Linda worked in the media business for over seventeen years and employs her writing and organizational skills in her dual roles of Chief Operating Officer and Business Development at MPM. Linda also works with the Project Managers to provide clear and concise communications, an essential component to keeping projects on track and running smoothly.
